Sandro worked from 2013 to 2015 at DFL Digital Sports GmbH (100% subsidiary of DFL Deutsche Fußball Liga GmbH) as Senior Project Manager Technology.
During this period he supported us as project manager in the project “Lifecycle Media Asset Management (MAM)”, the aim of which was to replace the existing archive/MAM system of the German Football Archive (DFA) with a new one.
At that time, the project team consisted of Sandro, the technical manager (Christiaan Verwaaijen) and myself as head of DFA.
Together we succeeded in raising the platform to a more modern and future-oriented level in a Life Cycle Management – parallel to the ongoing operation.
Today, this basis created at that time serves us as the basis for the continuous changes and further developments that we have to face constantly.
